    • FROM NEWTON, TX:  From intersection of Hwy 87 and Hwy 190, take Hwy 190 west to FM 1408 at Holly Springs community. Continue west approximately 1.45 miles.  Tract starts on right(north side) just beyond an open field and home.
    • A rural electric line veers off north side of Hwy 190 in front of tract.A narrow woods road/walking trail leads north from electric ROW(road/trail entrance flagged with pink flagging.  Road/trail meanders generally north through tract to creek.)
